Who is responsible
Yess-ai LLC is responsible for the personal information used to respond to enquiries and manage its commercial relationships. Our registered office is 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #3768, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, USA. For privacy requests, email contact@yess-ai.fr.
Visiting this website
We use HubSpot for optional website analytics and for our enquiry form. Our email links open your email application. We do not add advertising pixels or embedded social media. Hosting involves processing technical connection information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and connection times, to deliver and secure the website.
Analytics and cookie choices
With your consent, HubSpot uses analytics cookies to measure visits, pages viewed, referral sources and interactions with this website. These may link a visit to a contact record when you identify yourself through a form and have allowed tracking. You can accept or decline analytics through the cookie banner and change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from contacting us. Consent preferences and necessary security cookies may still be stored.
HubSpot describes its cookies and their lifetimes in its cookie documentation. We use consent as the legal basis for optional analytics where required.
Contacting us
If you email us or submit our form, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company and message. We use this information to answer your request and manage the relevant business discussion. Providing it is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact information to reply. The form records the permissions you select for handling your enquiry and sending related replies. It does not sign you up to a marketing newsletter. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Where European data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries, managing business relationships and maintaining a secure website. Steps requested before entering a contract with you, and performance of that contract, may provide a separate legal basis where applicable.
The form loads when you open it. It uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, which may process device, browser, network and interaction information for security. See Google’s privacy policy and terms. You can email us instead of using the form.
Service providers and international processing
We use Netlify for hosting, Google Workspace for email and HubSpot for enquiry forms, commercial relationship records and consent-based website analytics. Relevant information may be accessible to authorised people and these service providers for those purposes. Their services may involve processing outside your country, including in the United States.
Information about the providers’ processing and transfer safeguards is available in Netlify’s privacy statement, Google’s data processing addendum and HubSpot’s data processing agreement. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention
We keep enquiry and relationship records while they remain necessary to handle the request or maintain the relevant commercial relationship. We assess continued relevance by the status of the discussion, the last meaningful contact and any contractual, legal or dispute-related requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires its retention.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.
You may also complain to your competent data protection authority, including the authority in the country where you live or work. European authorities are listed on the European Data Protection Board website.
